We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to manage data, reporting, and analysis for our real estate sales. The candidate should be skilled in Excel-based reporting and capable of handling large volumes of sales, site, and customer data accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
Track site-wise, project-wise, and broker-wise sales data
Maintain customer, lead, booking, and inventory records
Coordinate with sales, CRM, and site teams for data collection
Update and monitor leads, site visits, bookings, and cancellations
Prepare reports on revenue, collections, outstanding payments
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS to management
Maintain proper documentation and data confidentiality
Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience as MIS Executive (Real Estate preferred)
Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
Good analytical and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred Experience:

Experience in real estate sales MIS or CRM systems
Knowledge of real estate terminology (leads, bookings, inventory, collections)
Experience working with channel partners/brokers data

Salary:

As per company standards / Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
