Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive

to manage data collection, reporting, and analysis for business operations. The role involves preparing accurate reports, maintaining databases, automating dashboards, and providing insights to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop and automate dashboards and performance trackers.
Generate business insights and identify trends using data analysis.
Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
Maintain data accuracy and integrity in reports and systems.
Assist management in decision-making with data-driven insights.
Handle large data sets using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as per management requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience as an MIS Executive / Data Analyst.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
Knowledge of Google Sheets, AppScript, Looker Studio, or Power BI preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
