Job Description

Job Title: MIS Executive

Department: MIS / Operations / Sales Support

Reporting To: Department Head / Management

Job Purpose:

To prepare, maintain, and analyze accurate MIS reports, ensuring timely data availability and meaningful insights for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
Collect, compile, and validate data from Sales, Dispatch, Stock, HR, and Accounts teams.
Maintain master data, trackers, and dashboards in Excel.
Ensure 100% data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Analyze trends, variances, and performance gaps and highlight them to management.
Coordinate with internal departments for data clarification and corrections.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of reports.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis when required.

Authority & Accountability:

Authority to seek timely data from departments.
Accountable for data accuracy, confidentiality, and reporting timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Good analytical and logical skills.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of ERP / CRM / MIS tools preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate (Any stream)
1–4 years of experience in MIS / data reporting
Experience in manufacturing, sales, or operations MIS preferred

Preferred Industry:

Manufacturing / FMCG / PVC / Laminates / Panels / Building Materials

preference :- Should be MARRIED

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
