Job Description

Job Title: Admin Manager

Department: Administration

Reporting To: Management / Director

Job Purpose:

To manage and control all administrative functions with a strict, disciplined, and authoritative approach, ensuring smooth office operations, strong team supervision, and full compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including office management, facilities, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
  • Strictly supervise and control the admin team, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
  • Enforce company policies, attendance rules, and workplace discipline without exceptions.
  • Allocate duties, monitor performance, and take firm corrective actions for non-compliance.
  • Manage office expenses, petty cash, AMC contracts, and vendor bills.
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Management for smooth operations.
  • Maintain admin records, registers, for management review.
  • Handle office infrastructure, repairs, assets, and inventory control.
  • Ensure a professional, organized, and well-controlled office environment at all times.

Authority & Accountability:

  • Authority to supervise staff, assign duties, and enforce discipline.
  • Accountable for administrative efficiency, cost control, and team behavior.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strict, disciplined, and authoritative personality
  • Strong people management and supervision skills
  • Excellent control over office administration processes
  • Ability to handle pressure and enforce rules firmly
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, and reporting

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate (Any stream)
  • 1-3 years of experience in administration
  • Prior experience in handling and supervising teams is mandatory

Preferred Profile:

  • Mature, stable professional with a long-term mindset
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Preference may be given to married candidates considering maturity, stability, and long-term commitment requirements of the role.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
