Job Title: CRM Executive

Department: Customer Relationship Management

Reporting To: CRM Manager

Job Purpose:

To manage customer data, track sales activities, and ensure effective customer coordination and follow-ups through CRM systems, supporting sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer data, leads, orders, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Track sales activities, quotations, orders, and dispatch status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and for order execution.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers regarding orders, payments, and service issues.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
• Monitor lead conversion status and highlight gaps to sales management.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and system discipline in CRM usage.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
• Support management with data analysis.

Authority & Accountability:

• Authority to collect required information from sales and support teams.
• Accountable for CRM data accuracy, follow-ups, and reporting timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel .

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate (Any stream)
• 1–4 years of experience in CRM / sales coordination
• Experience in manufacturing
• Preference Married

Preferred Industry:

Manufacturing / PVC / Laminates / Panels / FMCG / Building Materials

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
