The ideal candidate should have experience in both capturing professional-quality video and editing content for social media, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Video Shooting: Visit locations to shoot interviews, testimonials, product/service demos, events, etc. Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment. Coordinate with team members for shoot schedules and concepts. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos. Add transitions, effects, text overlays, subtitles, and background music. Optimize videos for various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc. Content Delivery: Deliver 15-20 edited videos per week (can be adjusted as per requirements). Maintain an organized database of video assets and backups. Ensure timely completion of video projects. Creative Input: Suggest content ideas, formats, and storytelling styles. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align with brand messaging. Requirements: Proven experience in video editing and shooting. Proficiency with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar. Knowledge of camera handling, lighting setups, and audio equipment. Basic graphic design skills (using Canva or Adobe tools) is a plus. Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Own camera and basic equipment (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or certification in video production, media studies, or a related field.
