MIS Executive (MALE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Job Summary

We invite applications for the role of MIS Expert, responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing Management Information Systems to support key decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and enable seamless reporting across direct sales, e-commerce, and quick commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain MIS frameworks and databases for multi-channel operations (direct selling, e-commerce, quick commerce).
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports/dashboards on sales, inventory, order fulfilment, and key business metrics.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular audits and validations.
• Automate reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, Power BI, SQL, or compatible ERP software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to support analytics, trend insights, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot data/system inconsistencies and ensure smooth operation of MIS tools.
• Provide actionable insights via data analysis and visualization to leadership for performance improvement and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant industry standards for data management and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant MIS experience, preferably within the pharma, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, ERP platforms, and dashboard/reporting automation.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interdepartmental coordination.
• Demonstrated experience working with fast-paced, multi-channel businesses.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,166.31 - ₹30,022.35 per month
