Account Executive

Job Description: Accounts Executive (E-commerce Accounting) Location : Preet Vihar Salary : Upto 25000 Key Responsibilities : GST Compliance : Handle full GST-related tasks, including GST returns, filing, reconciliation, and ensuring timely compliance. TDS Management : Manage TDS calculations, filing, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Bank Reconciliation : Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of all transactions and balances. Sales & Purchase Accounting : Record and reconcile sales and purchase entries, ensuring accurate financial records. Journal Entries : Record daily journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy of all transactions. Ledger/Statement Reconciliation : Reconcile ledger accounts and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Banking Operations : Handle day-to-day banking tasks, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and coordinating with banks for financial transactions. Profit & Loss Statement : Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual profit & loss statements. Balance Sheet Preparation : Assist in the preparation and finalization of the company's balance sheet. Petty Cash Handling : Manage petty cash, ensure proper records are maintained, and handle small financial transactions efficiently. Microsoft Office Expertise : Expert in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) for financial reporting, data analysis, and documentation. Accounting Software Expertise : Proficient in accounting software like Tally, Busy, or similar tools for financial management and reporting. E-commerce Accounting : Handle reconciliation of e-commerce transactions, including online sales platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.), payment gateway fees, commissions, and refunds. E-commerce Sales & Expense Tracking : Ensure accurate tracking of sales, commissions, expenses, and payment processing for online sales platforms. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (1-2 years) in accounting, with expertise in GST, TDS, and financial reconciliations. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and e-commerce accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software like Tally or Busy. Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
