Job Description

Collect, analyze, and manage data from various departments.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate dashboards and performance reports for management review.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
Work with teams to identify data requirements and process improvements.
Automate reporting systems using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
Maintain records of company operations, performance metrics, and KPIs.
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth data flow and integrity.
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting errors.
Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights.

MIS Executive – Required Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros, etc.).
Good understanding of data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
Time management and multitasking ability.
