MIS Analyst

Excel Specialist ( Night Shift)

We are looking for an Excel Expert with strong analytical and reporting skills to manage, analyze, and present business data effectively. The candidate should be able to work with large datasets, build automated reports, create dashboards, and support various departments with accurate data insights. Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Excel Reporting

• Create, manage, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets
• Use advanced formulas such as XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, TEXT, LOGICAL functions
• Build Pivot Tables, Power Query transformations, and dynamic charts

2. Data Analysis & Insights

• Clean, organize, and validate large datasets
• Interpret data and generate meaningful insights
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for teams and management

3. Dashboard & Automation Development

• Build interactive dashboards using Excel features
• Automate reports and processes to reduce manual effort
• Use macros/VBA (optional but preferred) to create efficiency tools

4. Business Data Support

• Coordinate with departments (Sales, Finance, HR, Operations) to understand reporting needs
• Provide quick and accurate data support for decision-making
• Troubleshoot Excel issues and help staff with Excel-related queries

5. Documentation & Process Improvement

• Maintain proper documentation of data and reporting processes
• Suggest improvements in reporting workflows
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must)
• Excellent knowledge of formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query
• Experience with large datasets
• Good analytical and logical thinking
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• VBA/Macros knowledge (optional but a bonus)

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience in MIS/Data Reporting roles
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Exposure to BI tools like Power BI/Tableau

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
