Job Description

Maintain and update daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data and prepare actionable insights for management.
Develop dashboards, performance trackers, and automated reports.
Ensure data accuracy and timely report submission.
Collect data from various departments and compile it systematically.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate for corrections.
Support management with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and analysis.
Manage documentation, records, and databases.
Work on process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Knowledge of Google Sheets & basic SQL (preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
