Role Purpose

The MIS Analyst will be responsible for preparing timely, accurate, and high-quality MIS reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of data management, reporting, and compliance to ensure business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and deliver MIS reports and dashboards as per stakeholder requirements.

· Collaborate with management and internal stakeholders to understand business information needs.

· Ensure reports and dashboards are prepared as per the required frequency (weekly/monthly/quarterly).

· Review reports with the MIS Team Lead to ensure 100% accuracy before submission.

· Track and follow up with stakeholders for timely data updates related to key SLA metrics (e.g., run rate, productivity, and quality).

· Ensure strict compliance with data security policies and regulatory guidelines.

· Support the adoption of tools and systems to enhance MIS reporting efficiency.

· Assist the manager in implementing new initiatives to improve reporting and productivity.

· Provide periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS systems for improved efficiency.

· Adopt new tools, technologies, and training opportunities to improve performance.

· Develop analytical skills and statistical analysis techniques to enhance report quality.

Skills & Technical Proficiency:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Good communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and database management.

· Experience with data analysis, report generation, and data visualization.

· Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, troubleshooting, and automation.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree.

· Experience: 0 - 2 years in a similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
