Job Title: MIS Analyst
Department: Operations / Finance

Reporting to: Manager – Commercial

Job Purpose:

The MIS Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting business data to support decision-making across departments. This role involves developing dashboards, maintaining databases, and generating regular and ad-hoc reports to help management track performance, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other tools.
• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, databases, etc.).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for different departments (sales, finance, operations, etc.).
• Prepare Invoice and Collections.
• Automate report generation processes to improve efficiency.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Support audit and compliance processes with accurate data reporting.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, and methodologies.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
