Job Summary

The MIS Analyst will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting organizational data to support informed decision-making across departments. The role involves maintaining dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and automating reports to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and verify data collected from various departments including Sales, Operations, Maintenance, and Finance.
• Develop and maintain live dashboards to track key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Automate recurring reports using tools such as Google Sheets, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, and other BI platforms.
• Generate weekly performance summaries and insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Ensure data correctness, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and enhance existing dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through better data management and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Data Studio/Looker Studio, and spreadsheet automation.
• Solid understanding of data validation, visualization, and reporting techniques.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and manage simultaneous data requests.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Excel macros, or scripting (optional but a plus).
• Knowledge of BI tools and dashboard design best practices.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
