As an MIS Analyst at GlobalLogic, your role involves overseeing and enhancing the company's information systems. You will be responsible for analyzing business data, developing reports, and implementing improvements to ensure efficient data management and decision-making processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-making. - Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. - Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. - Collaborate with various teams to understand business objectives and design data-driven solutions. - Monitor and assess the performance of key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes and findings. - Work with data warehousing technologies, SQL queries, and other tools to extract data efficiently. - Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in data analytics and related technologies. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio etc). - Understanding of Python Basics would be an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working with large datasets and databases is desirable.
