Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Thane for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, developing and implementing business processes, overseeing solution architecture, and providing ongoing support and consulting. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery, integration with other systems, and continuous improvement of the client's processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


·        Strong understanding of CRM, Sales, and Service processes with domain expertise.

·        Hands-on experience in both functional consulting (requirements, design, testing, training) and technical implementation (development, integration, customization).

·        Minimum 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Service modules).

·        Must have experience of minimum 5 end to end project deployment.

·        Proficiency in: CRM configuration & customization, Plug-in development, scripting (JavaScript), workflows, REST, SOAP, and web services integration, Data migration tools and strategies.

·        Knowledge of application lifecycle methodologies and solution architecture.

·        Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is a strong advantage.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both business users and technical teams.

·        Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·        Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
