Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Functional Consultant, located in Thane. The CRM Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, managing business processes, consulting with clients, and administering Salesforce.com. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and optimizing current systems, liaising with clients to align their business needs with our CRM solutions, providing ongoing support and training, and ensuring the effective implementation of CRM projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in managing Business Processes
• Experience in knowledge on CRM, Sales and Services Processes
• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computers, B Tech, B com, Any with experience in MS Dynamics CRM as Functional Consultant
