CRM Functional Consultant

Role Overview: You will be working as a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with a strong product knowledge and business analyst background to translate business requirements into solutions, ensure quality delivery, and facilitate seamless collaboration between technical and business teams. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into user stories and solution designs with architects and developers. - Perform end-to-end testing of user stories to ensure functionality. - Test in UAT as proxy business user, write test scenarios/cases. - Prepare and document release notes for deployments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Qualification Required: - Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Projects, Field Service, and Case Management. - Strong functional consulting experience with a solid product and business analysis background. - Familiarity with Power Platform tools, RESTful APIs, and Azure services. - 10+ years of experience combining functional and technical roles. - Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is preferred. - Experience in OEM or manufacturing industries is a plus.
