Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant at Compusoft Advisors India Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve understanding client requirements, configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, developing and implementing business processes, overseeing solution architecture, and providing ongoing support and consulting. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery, integration with other systems, and continuous improvement of the client's processes. Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of CRM, Sales, and Service processes with domain expertise. - Hands-on experience in functional consulting (requirements, design, testing, training) and technical implementation (development, integration, customization). - Minimum 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Service modules). - Experience in at least 5 end-to-end project deployments. - Proficiency in CRM configuration & customization, Plug-in development, scripting (JavaScript), workflows, REST, SOAP, and web services integration, Data migration tools and strategies. - Knowledge of application lifecycle methodologies and solution architecture. - Possess Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification (strong advantage). - Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both business users and technical teams. - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM are a plus.
