Position: Lead HR DigitalTransformation Specialist @ Corporate

Band : B

Designation : Manager / Sr Manager /AGM

Department : Human Resources

Reporting To: CHRO

Qualifications

Essential: Candidate should have BBA/ MBA/BCA /BE in IT or a related field from reputed college.

Desirable: MBA/ Post graduate degree /diploma or certificate in Human Resource management/ SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, HRIS.

Experience

Essential:

5+ years of experience in implementing andmanaging Darwin box HR software solutions as a Admn Role.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital HRSpecialist to lead the transformation of our HR functions through digitaltools, platform and processes. The role involves implementing, managing, andoptimizing digital HR systems to streamline operations, enhance employeeengagement, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

This position holder will be responsible for overseeingand supervising the operation of HR Digitalization Project @ CMR Group Level.Currently we are using Darwin Box for complete life cycle of employee. He / shewould be responsible for overall monitoring of day-to-day operation of HR Techoperation.

Key Responsibilities

Mastery of HR software and digital tools such as HRIS(Human Resource Information System), payroll software, performance managementsystems, etc. Understanding the technical aspects of these tools is essentialfor efficient management

Ability to integrate different HR digital applicationsand systems for seamless data flow and optimized operations. This includesunderstanding APIs, data migration, and ensuring compatibility between variousplatforms.

Oversee the implementation, configuration, andmaintenance of HR digital applications, ensuring alignment with organizationalneeds and objectives.

Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure thesmooth functioning of HR systems, including updates, patches, andtroubleshooting.

Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes usingdigital tools, streamline workflows, and enhance system efficiency to improveoverall productivity.

Ensure accurate and secure management of HR data withindigital applications, maintaining data integrity, and implementing datagovernance practices.

Lead or contribute to HR technology projects, frominitiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, withinscope, and budget.

Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, evaluate new solutions, negotiate contracts, and oversee service levelagreements to meet organizational needs effectively.
