Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Total Rewards:

Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
Conduct market research and analyze data to inform total rewards decisions
Develop and maintain job descriptions, job evaluations, and salary structures
Run Long term and Short-term incentive programs
Manager and run Annual Operating plan
Manage ESOPs and documentation

HR Analytics:

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track HR performance
Collaborate with stakeholders to inform business decisions with data-driven insights
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align total rewards and HR analytics with business objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards and HR analytics

***Looking for Indian C&B experience***

Working Days- 5 (Monday to Friday)
