Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Total Rewards:

  • Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform total rewards decisions
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, job evaluations, and salary structures
  • Run Long term and Short-term incentive programs
  • Manager and run Annual Operating plan
  • Manage ESOPs and documentation

HR Analytics:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track HR performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to inform business decisions with data-driven insights
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align total rewards and HR analytics with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards and HR analytics

***Looking for Indian C&B experience***

Working Days- 5 (Monday to Friday)
