The team ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, administers competitive compensation structures, and provides comprehensive employee benefits programs. By maintaining compliance with national and state regulations, the department ensures that employees are paid correctly, rewarded fairly, and supported with valuable benefits. The department also plays a vital role in employee satisfaction and retention by fostering transparent communication and providing timely, effective support on Payroll, benefits & PMS related queries.
