Job Description

Job Summary

The HRCB Department is responsible for managing and executing all key functions related to employee payroll, compensation, and benefits, HR Operations, PMS & Audit & Compliance. The team ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, administers competitive compensation structures, and provides comprehensive employee benefits programs. By maintaining compliance with national and state regulations, the department ensures that employees are paid correctly, rewarded fairly, and supported with valuable benefits. The department also plays a vital role in employee satisfaction and retention by fostering transparent communication and providing timely, effective support on Payroll, benefits & PMS related queries.

Responsibilities

  • Process the monthly payroll of all employees, including their salary, overtime payments, deductions, leave encashments, other allowances and bonuses.
  • Review and consolidate the Attendance records, Shift allowance, Swipe records, Productivity reports using the internal Touch Software System.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficiency of the entire payroll processing system.
  • Support employees throughout their entire payroll lifecycle including Post Payroll and department related Queries.
  • Administer and update compensation plans, including salary structures, pay grades, and incentive programs.
  • Support annual compensation review processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution of merit increases and promotions.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including Mediclaim insurance, Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance & ESI.
  • Ensure payroll and benefits practices follow labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist HR shared services team to generate the Empcode for New Joiners, deactivating and disable the resigned employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information in accordance with company policies
  • Support annual compensation review processes in half yearly basis, ensuring timely and accurate execution of salary increases, variable release and promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Masters degree in Human resources field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operational knowledge of HRMS systems.
  • Good communication, time-management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and compensation structures.
  • Understanding of Payroll reporting and Payroll reconciliation processes.
