Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Voice and Accent Trainer to enhance the communication abilities of our healthcare support professionals. Your role will involve improving spoken English, pronunciation, intonation, and cultural fluency for global healthcare interactions, especially with US clients and patients. Years of experience : 5+yrs Shift Timings : US Shift (Night shift) Location :Tidel Park, Chennai Education :15yrs of education Key Responsibilities: Conduct voice and accent training for new hires and existing employees in healthcare support functions. Tailor training modules for U.S accent neutralization, phonetics, speech clarity, intonation, grammar, and fluency. Evaluate participants communication and linguistic abilities through pre- and post-assessments. Provide constructive feedback and coaching on soft skills, listening comprehension, and cultural nuances. Collaborate with process trainers and operations to identify specific language-related performance gaps. Design and update training content relevant to healthcare communication scenarios (e.g., patient interactions, insurance calls, medical terminology). Track training effectiveness through performance metrics and make data-driven improvements. Preferred Candidate Profile: 15yrs of educational background must - Bachelor's degree or 10+12+3yrsdiploma 4+yrs of experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer, preferably in the healthcare or BPO domain. Certification in Voice and Accent, Language Training, or related fields is a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong understanding of American phonetics, articulation techniques, and language coaching tools. Candidates should be open to travel as the role may require working from sites or locations based on business needs.
