Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in corporate training or new hire onboarding.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
Training and development certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) preferred.

Develop and implement engaging onboarding programs tailored to various departments and roles within the organization
Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and handouts
Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new employees
Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs and continuously improve the onboarding process
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to track training completion and effectiveness
Evaluate the impact of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in new hire training and development
Mentor and support new hires throughout their onboarding journey
Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive organizational culture
