Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage data migration solutions using the Syniti Knowledge Platform. Configure and optimize Syniti Data Replication (SDR) and Syniti Advanced Data Migration (ADM) solutions. Collaborate with team members to understand data governance and quality requirements and implement solutions to address them. Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability. Create and maintain metadata repositories for easy data identification and understanding. Manage access controls to ensure authorized personnel can access data. Safeguard sensitive and confidential data from unauthorized access. Work with data owners, data analysts, and IT teams to align data practices with business objectives. Experience with SAP Advanced Data Migration and Management(ADMM) Maintain related documentation and clearly communicate status to Syniti Team Leadership and customer PMO. Execution of end-to-end data loads and reconciliations. Proficiency in data analysis tools (eg. SQL) and experience with data visualization tools Database experience - SQL Server, Oracle etc. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in ETL / Data Migration / Data Quality / Data Analysis. ERP techno-functional or functional experience, SAP preferred. Experience in SAP MDG Business Partner (Customer & Supplier), Material & Finance objects.
