Job Summary The Manager of Martech Technology Platforms will lead a dynamic team of marketing technology professionals, providing operational leadership and professional development. Essential Job Functions Provide comprehensive leadership to a small team of technical professionals. Develop and implement a high-performance team culture through goal setting, regular coaching, real-time feedback, and performance reviews.
