The ideal candidate should be skilled in content execution, basic camera & production handling, and social posting. This role demands creativity, technical know-how, and attention to digital hygiene to ensure Red FM’s online presence remains strong, engaging, and error-free. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across all Red FM social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) Handle camera, gimbals, and related shoot equipment for in-studio and outdoor digital shoots Edit and publish basic short-form Posts (memes etc.) using mobile or desktop tools Maintain organic posting frequency with strong titles and descriptions Plan and execute special day content to sustain and grow audience engagement Conduct regular checks on all social media handles to ensure activity accuracy and account security Manage and optimize YouTube keywords, tags, and SEO for better visibility Avoid spam notifications or irrelevant actions from official handles Track camera recordings and storage , clearing old footage periodically to ensure space and order Ensure regular and timely publishing to maintain consistent reach and follower growth Collaborate with RJs, creative teams, and editors for smooth content planning and delivery Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics Hands-on experience with camera and gimbal operation Basic editing skills using tools like CapCut, VN, Inshort, Canva, or similar Awareness of SEO, metadata, and tagging best practices for YouTube Good eye for visual aesthetics and digital brand tone Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced creative environment Language Proficiency: Telugu & English (Read, Write, Speak — mandatory) Preferred: Degree in Media, Mass Communication, or Digital Marketing Prior experience in a media house, production setup, or social media agency Company Description RED FM Telugu is the No.1 Radio Station across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana and a part of India's Largest & Most Awarded Radio Network, RED FM.
