Role Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage end-to-end paid acquisition strategies across Meta and Google platforms.
  • Create, launch, and optimize campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Video, App, and Meta placements).
  • Manage daily/weekly budgets, bids, and pacing to hit CPA/ROAS targets.
  • Set up and maintain tracking (Google Analytics, GA4, FB Pixel/Conversions API, UTM strategy) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Design A/B tests for creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages; implement learnings across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative & content teams to produce high-performing ad creative (reels, static, video, carousels).
  • Segment and scale audiences — prospecting, retargeting, LTV expansion, and lookalike strategies.
  • Optimize product feed, shopping campaigns, and merchant center (if applicable).
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and present actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the founder & marketing team to align campaigns with launches, events, and inventory.
  • Keep up with platform updates, new features, and best practices to keep XTREMEX ahead.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta & Google Ads for D2C / e-commerce brands.
  • Proven record of driving ROAS, scaling budgets while maintaining profitability.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding and configuring tracking (GA4, server-side tracking, CAPI).
  • Experience with product feed optimization and shopping campaign strategies.
  • Comfortable with analytics, spreadsheets, and SQL/basic data manipulation (bonus).
  • Strong creative sensibility — able to brief and iterate on creatives for performance.
  • Excellent communication and ability to present results and recommendations clearly.
  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture.
  • Certifications (Google Ads / Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
