About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize end-to-end campaigns on Meta & Google Ads, ensuring business goals (HQ leads, conversions, visibility) are met. 2. Own tracking accuracy (GA4, GTM, UTMs) and troubleshoot issues proactively. 3. Translate business objectives into budget splits, funnel plans, and testing roadmaps. 4. Collaborate with the creative team to design, test, and scale ad creatives. 5. Conduct regular performance reviews, reporting wins, losses, next tests, and forecasts. 6. Coordinate with clients through weekly/monthly review meetings to share performance updates and align on strategy. 7. Maintain structured campaign setups, disciplined naming conventions, and clean dashboards.
