ABOUT THE ROLE:

Meta Ads & Google Ads Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, execute, and optimise

  Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  campaigns for both

  local and international markets.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

  to identify opportunities for growth across regions.
• Manage and monitor campaign budgets ensuring maximum ROI and cost efficiency.
• Implement

  remarketing and retargeting strategies

  to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copies, and landing pages through

  A/B testing.

• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager

  , and prepare insightful reports.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives tailored for different markets.
• Stay updated with

  international advertising trends, algorithm changes, and compliance requirements

  .
• Develop strategies for

  conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  and funnel improvement across geographies.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns, including

  international campaigns (US, UK, EU, APAC, etc.).

• Proven success in achieving high ROAS, strong lead quality, and consistent campaign growth.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

• Experience with eCommerce and performance marketing

  is a strong advantage.

• Google Ads Certification

  and/or

  Meta Blueprint Certification

  preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
