Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Expert with Server & Hosting Specialist at Grape Services Pvt Ltd located in Kolkata. The IT Expert will be responsible for managing IT operations, ensuring information security, maintaining network security, and performing analytical tasks. Daily tasks include overseeing server management, hosting, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing security measures.  This includes the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and support of both physical and virtual server infrastructures, as well as web and cloud hosting solutions.

Qualifications

• Information Security and Network Security expertise
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
