Role Description This is a full-time HR Manager role located on-site in Kolkata at Grape Services Pvt Ltd. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and implementing HR policies and procedures. The role will involve collaborating with department heads to meet the organization's human resource needs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
