About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Meta & Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns. This role requires a solid background working in a digital marketing agency, with a proven ability to run lead generation and e-commerce campaigns for international clients or projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, P-Max campaign)
• Manage lead generation and e-commerce campaigns to achieve performance KPIs
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve conversions and ROI
• Create regular campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Set up tracking pixels, conversion events, and advanced remarketing strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client goals
• Stay updated with Google & Meta platform updates, policies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in both Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management
• Must have Digital Marketing Agency experience
• Prior experience managing international clients or global campaigns
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics, conversion tracking & analytics tools
• Excellent communication, analytical and reporting abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
