Job Description: We are hiring a Google & Meta Ads Specialist with at least 2 years of proven experience in running successful ad campaigns that drive leads, sales, and ROI. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, data-driven, and able to handle multiple campaigns independently. Responsibilities: Strategize, create, and manage Google Search, Display, YouTube & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns Conduct deep keyword research, audience targeting & competitor analysis Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS Set up & monitor conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Pixel, etc. Perform A/B testing of creatives, copies, and landing pages Prepare detailed performance reports and suggest improvements Requirements: Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads management Strong knowledge of campaign types, targeting, and bid strategies Proven track record of high-performing campaigns & lead generation Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite & analytics tools
