Role Overview

Operations Executive (Sales & Clinical Technology)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product demonstrations

    and present Aignosis’ digital screening tools to doctors and clinic decision-makers.
  • Drive trial adoption and conversion

    by assisting clinics during the onboarding phase and ensuring smooth integration of Aignosis tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships

    with clinic partners, providing excellent post-demo and post-sale support.
  • Administer screening tests

    during the initial phase of clinic onboarding to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Collect and analyze feedback

    from clinics to share actionable insights with internal teams for product and process improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions

    for clinic staff and new team members on tool usage and operational procedures.
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities

    during clinic interactions to expand product adoption.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

    through professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Travel

    across the city or region to meet clients, conduct demos, and monitor implementation.


Key Requirements

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or Healthcare Management

    (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience

    in sales, client servicing, healthcare operations, or medical device/software demonstration.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills

    — able to explain technology confidently to clinicians.
  • Result-oriented mindset

    with the ability to meet adoption and engagement targets.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven

    , with strong follow-up and reporting discipline.
  • Comfortable working in clinical environments

    and engaging with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
  • Basic technical understanding

    with the ability to troubleshoot and coordinate with internal tech teams.
  • Willingness to travel

    across assigned territories regularly.
