Job Purpose:

To proactively identify, connect with, and engage qualified doctors across various specialties through direct fieldwork and relationship building, thereby supporting the organization’s expanding medical workforce requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-ground visits to hospitals, clinics, medical colleges, and medical conferences to identify potential doctor candidates.


Develop and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date database of doctors, capturing details such as qualifications, specializations, experience, availability, and geographical location.

Initiate and nurture communication with doctors to share job opportunities, assess interest levels, and collect relevant documentation (CVs, certificates, etc.).


Collaborate with internal medical and HR teams to coordinate interviews, share candidate profiles, and facilitate onboarding processes.


Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with doctors, serving as their point of contact for current and future opportunities.


Utilize internal digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, etc.) to log outreach activities, track progress, and analyze recruitment metrics.


Keep abreast of medical industry trends, doctor availability, and emerging talent pools from teaching hospitals and medical institutions.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or HR).

5-8 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, sales, or business development within the medical domain.

Good understanding of medical specializations, degrees (MBBS, MD, etc.), and healthcare setup operations.

Excellent networking, communication, and field coordination skills.

Willingness and ability to undertake extensive local travel.


Preferred Skills:

Experience with hiring for hospitals, diagnostic chains, or healthcare startups.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Fluency in local languages relevant to the region for effective outreach and engagement.
