The founding team — Chetan Anand, Anurag Prasad, Vaibhav Singh, and Shashvat Tripathi — established Visit Health to bridge the healthcare gap in India. Key Responsibilities:


  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for medical underwriter, doctors and clinical roles
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and credentialing requirements
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Maintaining the tracker for documents and agreement tracker for better onboarding process
  • Connect with team for forecasting the hiring requirements


Key Requirements:


  • Must have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with healthcare hiring- doctors & medical underwriters
  • Must be ready to work-from-office 5.5 days/week
