Our philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Give what you have, Take what you need.” About the Role Key Responsibilities: Sell Marketplace Memberships to brands and agencies across your assigned region Initiate and close media or product barter deals with different brands and SMEs. Understand brand requirements and structure relevant barter solutions accordingly. Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and barter deal contracts. Generate and manage pipeline of leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers Attend industry events and networking forums to create new business opportunities Nurture key client relationships through consistent after-sales support. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in any form of media sales, barter deals, or advertising sales. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business required; MBA preferred. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
