Media Sales Executive

You will be working as an Assistant Business Development Manager at BXI Barter Marketplace, a company focused on selling memberships to brands and agencies across the assigned region. Your role will involve initiating and closing media or product barter deals with different brands and SMEs, understanding brand requirements to structure relevant barter solutions, preparing compelling sales pitches and proposals, generating leads through outreach and networking, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers, attending industry events to create new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships through after-sales support. Key Responsibilities: - Sell BXI Barter Marketplace Memberships to brands and agencies across the assigned region - Initiate and close media or product barter deals with different brands and SMEs - Understand brand requirements and structure relevant barter solutions accordingly - Prepare compelling sales pitches, proposals, and barter deal contracts - Generate and manage a pipeline of leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers - Attend industry events and networking forums to create new business opportunities - Nurture key client relationships through consistent after-sales support Qualifications and Skills Required: - 3-5 years of experience in any form of media sales, barter deals, or advertising sales - Excellent communication and storytelling skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required,
