Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new product designs from various industry verticals which involve plastics, sheet metal, weldments, and machined parts.

• Mechanical Design & Modelling:

  Develop, design, and modify mechanical components using

  AutoCAD, SolidWorks

  , and other industry-standard tools.

• Simulation & Analysis:

  Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and other simulations to ensure product efficiency and durability.

• Bill of Materials (BOM) Management:

  Prepare and maintain an accurate BOM for various projects.

• Procurement & Vendor Coordination:

  Identify suitable vendors, procure necessary components, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Manufacturing Support:

  Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and resolve manufacturing challenges.

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

  Develop and document SOPs for design, manufacturing, and testing processes.

• Testing & Validation:

  Conduct product testing and validation to meet quality and performance standards.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with other engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Implement best practices to enhance product design, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

• Flexibility:

  Adapt to dynamic project needs and adjust working hours as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of

  3

  ** years** of work experience is necessary.
• Experience in

  Machine Designing is a plus

• Knowledge of **

  rapid prototyping, 3D printing**

  CNC machining

• Previous experience in

  product development and **lifecycle management

• Experience with

• Should have knowledge of manufacturing processes such as injection moulding, sheet metal, 3D printing, thermoforming, welding, etc.
• Experience in
