Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a BIM Modeler with 1.5+ years of experience to join our team in Trichy, focusing on creating and coordinating detailed BIM models for HVAC and MEP systems and ensuring high-quality, integrated designs for diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop precise 3D BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems using Revit MEP.
Prepare construction drawings—including plans, sections, and details—up to LOD 400.
Prepare detailed design drawings in air-conditioning, ventilation, and chilled water.
Extract quantity take-offs and schedules from models for estimation and preparing BOQ.
Support model updates and revisions based on design changes, redlines, and markups.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in clash detection reviews and assist with issue resolution in Navisworks or equivalent.
Maintain rigorous documentation, version control, and adherence to BIM standards and workflows.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP modeling logic.
Experience with digital collaboration platforms and Common Data Environment (CDE) concepts.
Familiarity with international building codes (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC).
Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Diploma or B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering,
