Job Name: Senior Mechanical BIM Modeler

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced BIM Designers (Mechanical / Plumbing / Electrical) with strong CAD/BIM expertise to deliver models and drawings with minimal supervision.

The role involves multidisciplinary coordination across projects, ensuring compliance with client and BIM standards.

This position offers opportunities for growth, training, and working within a global consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop BIM models and drawings for Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Public Health, and Fire Protection systems.

Coordinate CAD and BIM inputs for multi-disciplinary projects.

Ensure compliance with project, client, and BIM standards.

Prepare and present progress updates in meetings.

Collaborate with engineers to interpret calculations and specifications into accurate 3D models.

Check and validate work for accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Support project delivery by managing tasks within time and cost constraints.

Skills & Competencies:

Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM software with multidisciplinary project experience.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.

Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented with self-motivation for continuous development.

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field with 5 10 years of relevant experience.
