• Modeling & Design

  : Create detailed 3D models of HVAC systems using BIM software like Revit MEP and Navisworks.

• Coordination

  : Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure models meet project requirements and standards.

• Clash Detection

  : Identify and resolve design conflicts through clash detection tools.

• Documentation

  : Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

• Project Meetings

  : Participate in virtual meetings to provide updates and technical insights.

• Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in HVAC/MEP design using BIM tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and understanding of HVAC schematic

• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate effectively in remote settings.
• Ability to interpret and convey technical information clearly.
• Experience working independently while maintaining team alignment.

• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Self-motivated and disciplined work ethic.
