About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart, Excel-savvy, and fast-learning Marketplace Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace

operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate stock, smooth order flow, and strong reporting — helping us stay agile and performance-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Order Handling

• Check stock daily on all platforms
• Match platform stock with our internal sheets
• Coordinate with warehouse & customer care for smooth deliveries and returns
• Fix out-of-stock and cancellation issues quickly

2. Pricing & Offers

• Update prices, discounts, and offers regularly
• Make sure right promotions go live during sales
• Fix any pricing errors on time

3. Reports & Excel Work

• Maintain daily sales trackers
• Inventory & returns reports
• Revenue, discounts, and refund sheets

Must know:

• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
• IF formulas, Filters, Data cleaning
• Handling large data

4. Coordination & Support

• Raise platform tickets for issues
• Talk to Amazon/Flipkart support teams
• Work closely with our internal teams

Tools You’ll Use:

• Excel / Google Sheets (must be strong)
• Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal
• Tools like Unicommerce / Vinculum (a plus)

Who You Are:

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Smart, quick to pick up new systems and workflows
• Highly organized and confident working with data in Excel
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment
• Bonus: Fashion or consumer goods category experience
