Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Executive who will also play a crucial role in proposal building, documentation and backend sales coordination. The right candidate will help ensure smooth communication, professional documentation and timely preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal Building:

  The candidate will be required to prepare, customize and format client proposals, presentations and supporting documents with high attention to detail.

• Sales Coordination:

  Supporting the sales team in scheduling client meetings, preparing agendas and following up on pending items.

• Marketing Support:

  Assisting in the coordination of marketing campaigns, social media updates and client communication materials.

• Documentation:

  Maintaining updated records of leads, proposals and pipeline in CRM.

• Reporting:

  Generate weekly reports on sales and proposal activities.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Participating in all company-led training initiatives and proactively seeking opportunities to improve your skills, sales approach and understanding of our offerings.

What we're looking for

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication/documentation skills are encouraged to apply).

Education:

Skills:

• Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Attitude: Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
