Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal Consultant located in Mumbai. The Principal Consultant will engage in conducting organizational studies, designing and executing customized solutions including leadership coaching, management reviews, futuristic structures, policies and workforce development. This role involves close collaboration with client organizations to empower and elevate their business performance and achieve their future goals.The Principal Consultant will be certified and intensely trained on path-breaking OD interventions and will be directly reporting to the MD and Founder Director.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong exposure to Organization Development and Change Management execution
• Proficient in Leadership Development and Performance Review Implementation
• Ability to conduct in-depth Organizational Studies and Analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in working with SMEs family businesses
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Ability to work onsite in Mumbai and travel extensively.
