Role Overview: As a Principal Transformation Consultant at NTT DATA, your day will be filled with diverse and dynamic engagements where you can make a real impact. You'll advise clients, recommend innovative products and solutions, and use your deep industry knowledge to transform their businesses. Your role will involve conducting meetings, crafting proposals, and delivering compelling presentations that demonstrate the value you bring. You will lead client workshops, engaging with C-suite and senior-level participants to develop strategies and plans that align emerging technologies with organizational goals. Your expertise will help identify and translate client challenges into areas for improvement, driving business transformation and optimizing their operations. Your proactive approach will turn opportunities into innovative solutions that enhance clients' businesses. Additionally, you may mentor less experienced consultants, adding a layer of leadership to your role. Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients and recommend innovative products and solutions. - Conduct meetings, craft proposals, and deliver compelling presentations. - Lead client workshops and engage with senior-level participants to develop strategies and plans. - Identify and translate client challenges into areas for improvement. - Drive business transformation and optimize operations. - Coordinate internally to ensure smooth implementation of solutions. - Stay current with industry trends and participate in technical conferences. - Collect, review, and analyze both IT and business issues during workshops. - Mentor less experienced consultants. - Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs. - Deep vertical/domain/industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience. - Extensive experience in a consulting or IT role within a large-scale, multinational technology services environment. - Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities. - Proficiency in managing high-pressure situations and ensuring successful project delivery. - Excellent strategic thinking and business transformation skills. - Capability to facilitate workshops with senior-level clients. - Ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. - Excellent client service orientation and advanced interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's degree in information technology and/or Business Management, or a related field.
