Principal Consultant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving defined revenue and cost goals in the Medical Devices sector. Your main tasks will include building proposals, actively participating in business development, leading and mentoring a team, and handling client communication. Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and technical background will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Strive to achieve defined revenue and cost goals. - Build proposals with minimal support, including gathering requirements, formulating research solutions, designing commercial framework, and presenting solutions effectively. - Actively participate in business development tasks, articulate research and advisory services to clients, drive marketing outreach programs, and develop industry/capability decks, white papers, and case studies. - Lead the team of consultants and research specialists, recruit team members when necessary, and ensure talent nurture. - Handle all client communication including query resolution, kick off calls, deliverable presentation, and feedback calls. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions. - Utilize a strong analytical mindset and technical background to generate insights and recommendations for clients.
