Job Description

Position Summary:

The Marketing Support Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational assistance to the Marketing Department. This includes managing attendance, agreements, billing, cheque segregation, documentation, and coordinating with both marketing executives and clients to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance Management

  • Maintain daily attendance records of all Marketing Executives.
  • Submit attendance reports to the Accounts and HR Departments at the end of each month.

2. Documentation & Support

  • Maintain and organize daily supporting documents provided by Marketing Executives.
  • Ensure all records are complete and updated for internal reference.

3. Agreements

  • Prepare and process new, renewal, and amendment agreements.
  • Draft and maintain payment schedules for Marketing Executives in coordination with Accounts.

4. Coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities with Marketing Executives.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients regarding documentation and follow-ups.
  • Support Marketing Business Development (MBD) activities.

5. Billing

  • Distribute bills to Marketing Executives and collect them post-verification.
  • Check and verify billing details for accuracy and completeness before submission.

6. Cheque Management

  • Segregate cheques by party and maintain a PDC (Post-Dated Cheque) tracker.
  • Share PDC details with Marketing Executives for review and follow-up.
  • Update and maintain PDC records regularly.

7. Client Communication

  • Draft and issue letters to clients as per management instructions.

8. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare various reports and data as required by the management.
  • Compile and provide data for the next month’s MIS reports in a timely manner.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
