Accounts & Recovery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Accounts & Recovery Manager to oversee the financial operations and manage recovery processes for our waste management company. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounts, ensuring timely collections, maintaining financial records, and strengthening client relationships to ensure smooth cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation reports.
• Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to ensure timely collection of dues.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors for recovery.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales team to streamline billing and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Lead and train accounts/recovery team members.
• Prepare periodic financial analysis and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Build strong relationships with clients to minimize payment delays and disputes.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Experience in recovery management/collections.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounts (CA/ICWA/MBA Finance preferred).
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounts and recovery, preferably in service/manufacturing/waste management industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
